On friday we loaded in my car and took a little trip to The Cake Bake Shop to celebrate our friend (and Be Belle Girl) Courtney's engagement. The shop was so beautiful and fun!
As you walk in the first thing you see is a display counter full of desserts and cakes. Beautiful desserts and cakes, even sprinkled with glitter! Ummm, glittery desserts... yes please! We didn't plan ahead of time and hadn't made reservations but they were able to seat us in their outdoor dining section. It was perfect!
We decided to have lunch there also. I ordered the chicken salad and it was very good. They serve mainly soups, sandwiches, and salads. I did notice that they offered a kids menu as well. I would love to take our girls sometime.
After lunch we of course needed dessert (the real reason we came...duh!!!). We each ordered a slice of cake, I had the blackberry and it was amazing! The Cake slices were huge so we needed to go boxes, even the to go boxes were darling!
We laughed, talked, and had the best time! I can't wait to visit again!
